LCH Construction entered real estate in 2014 with a simple thesis: build quality assets in supply-constrained European cities and hold them through cycles. The division has since delivered more than 40 projects — apartment communities, office campuses and industrial parks — with Azure Bay Residences in Lisbon as its flagship: 320 waterfront apartments completed in 2024 and 96% occupied within a year.
Unlike merchant developers, we build primarily for our own balance sheet. Our construction teams manage design, permitting and delivery directly, while our property arm handles leasing and long-term asset management. The result is a portfolio built to be owned, not flipped.
